Experience the RER process in a supportive group setting.
Our Group RER sessions are a powerful and affordable way to experience emotional release in a trauma-informed, online environment. In this 60-minute session, you’ll work with one significant event or emotional pattern — releasing the stored emotional charge without needing to relive or talk about the experience. Group sessions are run 3-4 times per year and offer a safe, supportive space to experience emotional freedom.
